What is Pop That Body Workout?
 
Pop That Body Workout is a 60 minute Cardio Dance inspired workout class designed for women of all ages that want to burn fat, learn new dance moves,tone up, build lean muscle and have fun doing it.
 
Add a little sexiness into your workout routine!


Join our fun interactive dance class taught by industry professional dancers that will teach you sexy and easy to learn dance routines while performing a high intensity cardio workout.
Our instructors have danced with some of your favorite performers, so they will be bringing the latest dance techniques to the class! Be prepared to sweat, twerk and pop your way into a healthy, sexier body and most importantly a better you!
 
What you need to bring to the class?
 
Please bring a towel, cause you will break a sweat !
